I would imagine the key programming procedure for Land Rover and Jaguar would be similar to Ford and Mazda since their factory tool I believe is IDS and they share some technology between the makes. Not sure if you need to get the IN code and Out code from dealer. I would not chance clearing all keys, and just try to add a key.

 Have you actually tried and succeeded on ford or mazda with newer software

I tried deleting key cards for mazda cx7 or 9 and program in 1new and 1 original from car

talked about in code out code, enter vin manually,hit enter and screen went black then jumped

back to diog screen with all the brands.
